The front desk staff were very polite and accomodating; specifically eduardo. the hotel is centrally located to everything you want to see and do in rome. by european standards, the hotel room we received was very nice. 
The only thing negative that we experienced was booking through easytobook.com. they did not honor their best rate guarantee and the rate quoted online was the exact rate that the hotel was charging themselves. in the future, we will book directly with the hotel when possible and we will never book through easytobook.com again!Aitchison

Toilets in hotel for general use,very dirty and no hand towels or toilet paper. this seems to be an issuse throughout rome in general dirty toiletsPearson

Thew reception staff were very good indeed. as indeed were the staff in the breakfast room and the house maids. throughly enjoyed the stay there.Quite noisy in the room that i stayed as it faced the main road. there was also roadworks being done, which was quite noisy from 7am.GINDA SOWARN

The location was just excellent, it's easy to walk to anywhere around the old city. the roof top garden was just so beautiful, day and night..the view is spectacular!! the staff were very helpful and polite. breakfast was very heathly i'm sure i lost a couple of pounds...which is a positive remark! i would recommend this hotel to all my friends who decide to visit rome, if i go again, i'm booking to stay at hotel pace elvezia!!!!
The air conditioning kept spitting at us..which was quite funny. we didn't have the best view out of our window, but i guess with a view like the roof top garden we couldn't really complain, after all you just go to your room to sleep after a long treck around rome, which is a beautiful city by-the-way. loved the water fountains that you can drink from....don't need to buy bottled water ever...just need to refill from the fountains!!! and finally, although the staff were very polite, they could have smiled alittle more ;-)Fitzsimons

Great central location. helpful staff. price on the high side for the room avgailable, but so is all of rome. would stay there again.Front desk courteous but very busy and often had to wait while phone calls answered.Anonymous

Excellent concirge service. lovely roof top terrace views of romeBar not open at all during 5 night stay - no staff and no tes & coffee making facility in rooms
