Cons: Definetly not a 4 star!!! its was terribly misleading and expensive for what it is.
Cons: Very small room, air conditioning didn't work, free breakfast was poor - ran out of juice and breads early with no refil & no staff around to ask
Cons: To use the gym/sauna facilities you had to be over 21 and pay extra.
Cons: Although advertised with a sauna and gym they wanted to charge 16 euros per use.why advertise a gym and sauna as facilities to a hotel and then charge for the use??rooms are clean but dark and dingey.the hotel is at the lower end of 4 star.
Cons: Jacuzzi did not work and the room we were allocated was a bit noisy although the hotel did say that we could change rooms as soon as an inside room became available apart from that hotel was really ok
Cons: - staff was unhelpful and rude. they offered to bring our bags to our room, but 20 minutes i had to go back to the reception to get them myself.

Cons: This is definitley not a four star hotel: the hotel is very cramped, the room temperature (hot hot hot)cannot be controlled, and the location of the hotel is somewhat run down with lots of graffito on the walls of the buildings.
Cons: The most negative side of this hotel were the beds. in my opinion a four star hotel should provide decent beds, our beds were really hard, so we didnt sleep very well. other point of attention was the climate in the room. it was really hot in the room.
