From the airport:
From Fiumicino and Ciampino, take a shuttle bus (from Fiumicino it is better to take the Leonardo Express train) to the Termini station. From here continue as in described below.
By train:
In front of Termini station, in Piazza dei Cinquecento, take bus 86 toward Marmorale and get off after 10 stops in via Sebino, at the corner of via Taro; Hotel Panama Garden is 400 meters away. Go to the end of via Taro, turn right on via Salaria, go 100 meters and you have arrived.
By car:
Nearing Rome from the highways, enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA). Take exit 8 Salario / Parioli / Aeroporto dell'Urbe and follow the signs to via Salaria / Centro. Continue straight along via Salaria for 5 kilometers to number 336, where you will find Hotel Panama Garden.

Cons: Our room was very small.
Cons: One shortcoming in the site that the room pictures in the site is not for standard rooms it is only for executive rooms which i found misleading for customers. the standard rooms are very very small and i paid extra 30 euros per night to move to larger room and to make my holiday comfortable.

hotel had an air of faded elegance
Cons: Located much further from downtown than i expected. this hotel is not within walking distance of downtown. room was very small. difficult to walk around in room. carpet was filthy. we could hear our neighboors during the night. mattress had a stain on it.

Cons: The room we had was far too small to be referred to as a deluxe family suite. we were packed in like sardines. it worked out okay, but it's not good to raise expectations. better to say, we can squeeze you into a room with little left over space.
