Cons: They did not receive the booking from easy book,they found us a room but it was not a twin, it was awful, the rail in the wardrobe was broken the room was so small you could not open the wardrobe, the tv could not be used, after much complaining and saying i wanted to move hotel they found me another room, it was next door, dont understand why it took hours to find it. this room was not much better, but at least the wall paper wasw not peeling off the walls. the shower was so small that you scraped your body to get in, i am uk size 12.... not that large. i was still charged the same rate. i phoned easy book when i was there, and was told it was up to the hotel not easy book, so will not use either again. very disappointed.
