booked in sept 11 for march 12 arrived in hotel to find we were moved to another hotel 500 metres away had to walk with cases to new hotel to be greeted by a very rude receptionist at hotel rome love..room was on 5th floor made to walk up stairs with cases.then found a elevator.no prior advice of room tax prior to booking but first thing asked at hotel in cash suspicious but what do you do at mid night.room very basic not at all like picture .breakfast was a carton of juice a carton of yoghurt a crossant and ane cup of coffee in a cafe next door awful.taxi fare to and from airport not 45 euro actually 60 euro

This B&B is ok for a few days stay in Rome, especially when you come by train, because it's close to Termini railway station. The owners are Chinese, they are always eager to help. The breakfast is served in the room, it's quite poor: coffee, yogurt and bun.

Pros: Very convenient location and easy to find. not far from termini station or other metro stations. within walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations as well as several restaurants. the breakfast can be served at the room. would definitely stay here again as a solo budget traveler.
Cons: This is a very bare minimum establishment and the rooms are small. however, it is an excellent value for the price. it's close to private room hostel prices, but far better facilities and service.

Pros: The hotel was ten minutes walk from the colliseum, bathrooms was cleen.
Cons: First impressions were not good! the walls were covered in marks from shoes, the rooms were poorly decorated. shower head was broken, our window would not shut properly so it was verry noisy!

Pros: Staff was great the best in italy very helpful and service was great. they accomodated us much earlier than the check in time which was great since we traveled by night train and had no seats. the hotel is new!
Cons: Its situated in too quiet, a bit dirty and noisy neighborhood the hotel is nothing like the area(hotel clean and nice). you cant feel the ac too hot and they have problems w the power it shut down many times during the nights we stayed. staff very kind nice and friendly!!!! but in the area u dont feel save :(

Pros: L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun et aux sites archéologiques.
le personnel féminin est très agréable et serviable, par contre, le personnel masculin laisse à désirer.
Cons: Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple et nous avons reçu 2 chambres doubles.
les chambres sont à rafraîchir.
télévision: 19 chaînes dont 1 néerlandaise; toutes les autres étaient en arabe, turc, palestinien ou chinois.
petit-déjeuné peu diversifié (1 croissant, 1 madeleine et 1 yaourt light + 1 tasse de café et 1 jus d'orange en boîte).
nuitée fort bruyante (claquement de portes, mauvaise insonorisation, bruit de la rue).
