Good location, tastefully furnished, excellent breakfasts, polite, helpful staff.
It would have been good to have had a terrace to sit out in the evenings - only a minor negative issue.

The breakfasts were very good and the staff very helpfull
Just the fact that as most customers were just there fo a few days like other hotels of this kind there were no drawers an limited wardrobe space in the twin rooms, otherwise everything was excellent

The rooms were very nice---modern and clean. the breakfast was more than i expected and was also very nice. being located outside of the mainstream of rome, the hotel was fairly quiet at night, though there is a busy street very close to the hotel (lots of traffic noise during business hours).
The staff borders on being outright rude. also, i think they thrive on giving out false information. as one of many examples, the internet went down for almost 2 days, and we were told it would be up within the hour, in 5 to 10 minutes, it was working (which it was not), etc. the hotel is a few metro stops out from the mainstream of rome, but pretty close to the metro station.

Very modern large rooms. lots of extra features, like bathrobes and slippers. staff was friendly and very helpful. a good place to stay if you have to take a taxi to the airport early.
Under the impression that all rooms have balconies, but they don't. also far from the sites, but still close to the metro.

This hotel was fantastic, the staff, the rooms, the food!!! would definitely recommend this hotel to others... very classy and worth staying at!
Although a little far out from the city, the metro and buses were very handy (except when there are strikes happening).

Beautiful modern hotel, freindly staff, only 2 mins from metro which is so easy to use and gets you to the hub of rome in 10 mins. there are some amminities by the hotel but a bit quiet at night.no complaints.
Would have liked a bit more activity nearer the hotel but you don't have to go to far. metro closes before midnight.

Awesome hotel. we were a bit concerned about the location of the hotel. we ended up googling and looking at other websites so see if it made sense from a tourist perspective to stay there. it was great. you weren't downtown but the transit was literally 5 min walk away and it took you right downtown. we trained it down from florence and hoped on the metro and were at our hotel. it was sort of nice to be away from all the 'touristy' stuff but still have great access to downtown. loved the bathroom. the tub is to die for! the flat screen tv was nice along with the great decor of the room - it was like a posh boutique hotel.
Bath water at night was luke warm the first two nights but hot the third night - it was always hot in the am and afternoon - yes i took advantage of the bathtub as much as i could!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly with most being able to speak fluent english. the hotel has easy access to travelling around rome, being about a block and a half from the metro which took us right into city center or to many of the tourist attractions around the city. it was also good to have wifi available in the room. the hotel is very quiet, so there was no issue with having a quiet night sleep after touring around rome. the staff are very helpful and are generally informed about bus tours and other things that might be of interest to tourists.
The surrounding area of the hotel can come across as a bit unsafe at night because there are hookers who work close enough (a couple streets away) to the hotel. be careful about travelling to the hotel for the first time or you might get ripped off by a taxi driver. if you are going to stay at the hotel, it's probably cheaper to take the bus from the ciampino airport (or divinci) to the metro station and take the metro station to marconi station (a 2 minute walk to the hotel). we took a taxi from the airport and he ripped us off. he told us it would be 26 or 27 euros and then when we got to the hotel, he charged us 50.

The hotel was really nice. the rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. although it isn't in the centre of rome, it's really close to a metro station, so it wasn't difficult to get in and around rome - the colloseum was only about 15-20 minutes away. the staff were very nice and accommodating, they were always willing to help us out or answer any questions we had. i would definately consider staying here next time i visit rome.
