In partnership with
Cons: None
i was happy to see that the metro really was a few minutes walk away from the convienient metro
very nicely decorated
Cons: Breakfast should be free even if it is just a basic breakfast
Cons: It would have been good to have had a terrace to sit out in the evenings - only a minor negative issue.
Cons: Just the fact that as most customers were just there fo a few days like other hotels of this kind there were no drawers an limited wardrobe space in the twin rooms, otherwise everything was excellent
Cons: Traffic noise and lack of storage in the bedroom.
Cons: The staff borders on being outright rude. also, i think they thrive on giving out false information. as one of many examples, the internet went down for almost 2 days, and we were told it would be up within the hour, in 5 to 10 minutes, it was working (which it was not), etc. the hotel is a few metro stops out from the mainstream of rome, but pretty close to the metro station.
Cons: Some staff were dry and lifeless.overpriced overall.no iron in room?hotel lacks life and atmosphere.
Cons: Service at the bar area was none exisistent before dinner and front desk was stretched to meet guests needs
Cons: Under the impression that all rooms have balconies, but they don't. also far from the sites, but still close to the metro.
Cons: Although a little far out from the city, the metro and buses were very handy (except when there are strikes happening).
Cons: Would have liked a bit more activity nearer the hotel but you don't have to go to far. metro closes before midnight.
Cons: There is no any cafes and restaurants nearby..
