We were impressed by the service at this place. The staff spoke english very well and were eager to help me with anything. They made our trip much easier with their advice and assistance. The owner was usually around working along side the staff. You can tell He loves his business and is proud to deliver great customer service. Also, it was easy to find and only a short walk to the Vatican.

After the initial shock of going up to the 4th floor in a very old lift we were pleasantly surprised with what we found.We would certainly go back there if we have another short break in Rome.

Pros: Could not fault the hotel whatsoever, the food, cleanliness and the staff were so helpful.
Cons: The hotel is based on two floors, the was we stayed in was not what we booked from the description. would have liked the opportunity to choose from either the modern or quaint.

Pros: The comments and information were accurate about the hotel. it is a 3-star facility in a quant area close to the vatican and other worthy sites. i liked the uniqueness of the facility and the helpful, friendly staff. we had a good idea what we were getting when we booked, so no surprises other than positive ones.
Cons: No, it was a great experience. just have to realize that it is not a modern hotel, but a "boutique" setting that provides some character.

Pros: We arrived at the hotel having been stranded due to the volcanic eruption in iceland, the staff went out of their way to be helpful allowing us use of their internet to arrange flights to get home, coffee when we required and advice.
