Cons: * hotel is being refurbished so plenty of dust is in the air.
* really poor air conditioning, seems to me that it hasn't been serviced for years.
* not too much variety for breakfast selection.

Pros: I stayed three nights at the richmonh hotel in rome.

positives: excellent staff attention and superb location,very near to the collisseum. some rooms are being refurbished and upgraded to a better standard.


Cons: Negatives: the hotel is being re-built so plenty of dust, air conditioning was not working at all, seems they have been a lot of time without receiving any maintenance.

for this, i wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel unless you sstay in the new section of the hotel and aren't travelling with children.

Pros: The position of the richmond is excellent, and you could not find a more helpfull staff
Cons: The breakfast was not good monday to thursday a roll and some ham on the table, with tea or coffee, however for some reason on friday it improved no end, such a shame it wasn't like that all week.
