"Room was clean and elegant"

Pros: Room was clean and elegant. only two short blocks to restaurants or grocery store.
Cons: No information in rooms regarding hotel features. caught the shuttle off hours which was 7 euros. cab fare for early morning flight was 15 euros

Pros: Loved the shuttle service and the breakfast: both made the stay well worth it.
Cons: The air conditioning in the kids' bedroom was not working very well and this made it hard for them to sleep, especially since we were there during a heat wave.

"Great value when you include the free shuttle service"

Pros: Great value when you include the free shuttle service. also, very clean and modern. there are 2 wings to the hotel and i have stayed in both. one is modern and much nicer than the other. it is the wing you see from the lobby. the other wing is ok, still clean but not nearly as nice as the modern one. front staff was very helpful.
Cons: Shuttle service is complicated. you must call from the airport in order for the shuttle to come. then walk about 200m to the right under a column marked 23 and wait approximately 25 minutes. the neighborhood is just ok.

Cons: Breakfast was standard bread, cheese, cereal, watered down juice and yogurt. the quadruple room's beds were small for 4 people. we were expecting 2 queen sized beds but they were full sized.

Cons: The airport shuttle needs to run in the evening to pick up passengers at the airport and the morning shuttle has to take more than 7 people! this is the only reason people stay there.

Cons: Two things:
first, this hotel is not at the airport and the shuttle service is very limited.
second, the food service staff were friendly only to people speaking italian. we could not even get a cup of coffee.

Pros: Ease of access to rome fco. staff was available and positive.
Cons: Although the lobby is clean and modern, the hallways and carpets of the room floors are dirty and worn. sheets were threadbare. walls paperthin. surprised that this property was affiliated with chain as room quality was not consistent with other properties.

Cons: The hotel staff did not have my reservation upon arrival. it was absolutely impossible to find the sguttle at the airport, although they arranged for one on my way baxk, very nicely.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. we had an early flight before shuttle service was available, so they booked us a taxi to fco - only 15 euro for the two of us. free secure parking.
