the reception gave the tax again...we paid taxd 2 times.first time when we booked the hotel and second one paid at the hotel.

Pros: Easy access to touristic sites and metro, good bedrooms
Cons: Not so easy to find, we crossed 2 times in front of it, without noticing the sign of the hotel.

Pros: The staff are very easy to talk too and happy to assist where possible..my holiday started with a few problems and ming was so lovely and concerned for me..she was very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable immediately on arrival..my room was extremely clean and the bed was fantastic. location perfect especailly for first timers to rome.
Cons: Breakfast would have been great,or at least tea making facilites in your room, however the set up of the hotel just did not allow for this service, so nothing against the hotel itself, just something to consider when booking accomodation. transfers to or from the airport or connecting train stations is always a good service however was not included, which was a little dissapointing. it was available on request but very costly.

Pros: We found it a pleasant hotel freindly and walking distance to all attractions and close to termi train station i would recomend this hotel for short breaks around rome
Cons: No coffie or kettle in room coundnt get wifi in bedroom breakfast was continental but had to go to nearest snack bar not in hotel

Pros: The staff were wonderful and so helpful. they were also friendly and had a good sense of humour. the location was great as far as near the colosseum and we could walk easily in 10 minutes. the actual area is slightly dodgy not a posh area but not the worst area either. the rooms were nicely decorated, new looking and very clean!
Cons: The only thing that i would say was negative was the thin walls as i could hear people snoring and talking loudly in their rooms at times.

Pros: Everything was very new and high standard. hotel was well equipped with free safe, hairdryer, flat screen tv, air condition etc. staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our fridge didn’t work unfortunately.
i wouldn’t recommend the hotel for obese people, because the rooms and bathrooms are quite tiny. neighborhood consists mainly of asians. some homeless people on the streets make it look like a bit dodgy, but not really dangerous.

Pros: Positively surprised by the standard. the room was very clean and nice.
Cons: The bathroom smelled horrible. the breakfast was not very good and not even remotely worth the €6.

Pros: The hotel staffs are great and are all very friendly. rooms are very new and nicely furnished. it's v near the metro.
Cons: The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor of a very old building. it's very difficult to find this place!! the lift is old and small. there is no wifi in my room even thou they tried to rectify it.

Cons: The amount the website quoted 165.60 was not what we paid when we showed up, the owners charged us 182.00 so the prices do not match which really annoyed us and the owners would ntt budge. there is a major issue with this as it is false advertising and due to this i would not advise using the website or the hotel.
