This hotel has an ideal position that allows guests to easily reach shopping centres, banks, postal offices and with public transportation, all the main directions to Rome. How to reach the hotel By car:
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, take Exit 14 and follow the indications to Roma-Tangenziale Est. Exit at Via F. Fiorentini-Via Prenestina and proceed along Via Giuseppe Antonio Andriulli and Via Fiorentini. Then take Via Tiburtina, turn left onto Via di Pietralata and then left again onto Via Mario Canavari. Proceed along Via Leopoldo Pilla and then take Via Cosimo De Giorgi, where the hotel is located.

By train:
From Termini railway station, take metro line B and get off at Pietralata; from there you can take the ATAC bus number 211, which stops right in front of the hotel. From the hotel, ATAC bus line 211 goes directly to metro B station 'Pietralata' and 'Tirburtina' railway station. By airplane:
From Roma Fiumicino airport take the FM1 local train to the Tiburtina station. Then take underground line B and get off at Pietralata. From there you can take the ATAC bus number 211, which stops right in front of the hotel.

The prices were keen but they would need to be to compensate for the other significant failings of this hotel
1. not 4 star, or if it is, which organisation awarded it? 2. in my opinion it is a 3 star hotel, and then only barely so. 3. shuttle bus didn't turn up at the appointed time leaving us waiting for 2 hours. 4. i overheard a conversation from another guest who had been left by the shuttle bus. 5. in spite of the isolated location, there are absolutely no banking or atm facilities and i was left to walk 4km through a rough area surrounding the hotel to reach an atm and back again, at night. hotel staff seemed indifferent to this. 6. the pool is apparently run seperately and there is a cost for using it. 7. local boys were rude to my 2 daughters, requesting and even shouting their requests for sexual favours. staff did absolutely nothing to prevent this even though it rather obviously upset my daughters and drove us away from the pool. 8. although the booking said that sattelite tv was included, it was extra and only available by subscription. 9. although internet was supposedly included (according to the booking) it was extra and only available by subscription. 10. given the mis-descriptions on the easy to book website, i seriously doubt that anybody ever actually looked at the hotel. i suspect in fact that the hotel filled in the forms describing itself. even the hotel flags had only 3 stars on them, whereas the letter headings and easy to book site listed 4 stars. no way 4 stars !

The hotel is good for a cheap getaway reception staff were friendly a bus runs to the centre at various times during the day which helps as the hotel is miles away from anywere and blink and u miss also taxi drivers had problems finding it
Resturant staff were extremly arragant and rude unhelpfull until the bill came food was disgusting uncooked same with the breakfast worse i have ever had and got worse by the day hot drinks were never hot and if u asked them for anything they laugh at u

The surrounding area was pretty rough looking. the service for the one evening meal had was very poor. the location of the hotel is not ideal for visiting the centre of rome

The shuttle service. the hotel staff in giving information
The food . service was very poor. it took 2 hours to get the food and was no good for money. i still regret paying 61 euro for one dinner.no drinks included. i will recomment this hotel to all but will suggest not to have dinner there

Es gibt keine positive erfahrung, nur dass das personal an der rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, alle anderen personalmitglieder sind warscheinlich ueberfordert und folglich war service ganz schlecht. aber sie versuchten freundlich zu sein. ist ja auch nicht unbedingt derenen schuld dass sie unterbesetzt sind. aber fuer ein 4-sterne hotel reicht es nicht aus (2-3 sterne geht in ordnung
Schwimmbadbenutzung war zu bezahlen, was nicht in ihrer webseite stand.
