Fantastic location just 5 minutes from the train station - but far away enough to be in a quiet area. No need for a taxi, even with bags and cases. Lovely room and jacuzzi bath. When this didn't work the first night, it was fixed by the next day. When the air conditioning didn't work during the night, a porter came and changed the batteries (in the middle of the night). Room service from what was called "the boy" was excellent. So polite and helpful. An excellent stay in Rome for us at this hotel.

I loved the secure courtyard entrance, friendly greeting, quality decor, value, pressed sheets, well-appointed marble bathroom, quietness and location near Termini, but not too near. It was a delightful surprise. Nearby restaurants were convenient for our jet-lagged needs.

we were looking for a hotel room close to the termini for our last night in Italy and although this hotel was very conviently located the room was not clean and there was not a mattress cover on the bed. we had a very poor sleep

Pros: Great location within minutes wlaking of the train station and the major attractions (closeum etc). the rooms were very nice and well presented. the staff were very helpful

Pros: The hotel room was really nice and clean. the hotel is perfecly located, near termini and near the city centre. the hotel staff was really helpful.
Cons: The first night we had a room on the groundfloor, which was a bit to noisy and didn't have enough day light, so we asked for a room on another floor. they were really nice and helpful and gave us a new room imediately.

Cons: The shower really needs some kind of shower curtain so that the water does not splash everywhere. its kind of hard to have a shower without splashing water.

Cons: Rooms certainly not spacious as described, beds very hard and uncomfortable, breakfast very poor, hot food was kept in a broken (cold) hot plate, and therefore served cold, every morning. wifi was not working during our stay. this hotel can be best described as middle range 3 star, certainly not a 4 star hotel.
