Airconditioner not so good abit warm

The poor and stingy breakfast, the waiting time for the receptionist on the first day of arrival, the hygiene level of the bathroom, the so- called double beds

Internet was not free of charge.

No internet access. required pay cash.

Room too samll

Was given wrong directions to breakfast cafe first morning but found it for the second. breakfast quite small.

Stayed in hotel plaza which was 3 floors above rubino,all the hotels on the 5 floors are interlinked,so you never know what hotel you might be staying in. no complaints though.

Air conditionig is poor, very noise tehe nigborhood

- it is not the best neighbourhood in rome

With regards to payment on the website, it should be made more clear that payment is yet to be made on arrival at the hotel and will not come off you credit/debit card. an email confirming this would be great! we had booked 2 tripple rooms and the one room was only available the evening of our arrival (and we arrived midday), which was disappointing.

I was disappointed with several things during my stay here: 1. poor service - when i initially arrived, they took ten minutes to actually come to the front desk and check me in. also, i stayed for two nights, but they made me switch to a smaller room on the second night. it was inconvenient to have to pack all of my things so they could be moved to a different room the second night, and i felt making me change rooms was very rude. 2. they did not take credit card or debit card, so i had to pay in cash. i was trying to avoid carrying large sums of cash on me, and i was unhappy at having to pay the extra banking and atm fees in order to procure the necessary cash to take care of the hotel bill. 3. they were very deceptive about the availability of wireless internet at their hotel. the website said they had wireless internet, but in fact there was absolutely no wireless signal in my hotel room. instead, when the hotel says it has wireless internet, what it is referring to is a small wireless internet cafe three floors above the actual hotel, though i think it is run by the same people who run the hotel. it cost an extra fee to access the wireless at this internet cafe. it did not come with the cost of the room. furthermore, for the entirety of my stay the wireless at this place was actually broken, so even though i payed the fee for internet access, i did not get any internet access. they refused to refund this fee.

Booked a twin but was given a double.

No floor mats at the bathroom. when asked the hotel staff about the door mat, he replied saying, "we dont have". i had expected him to get a mat. but did not. rooms were small, a 2-bedroom was converted in a 3-bedroom.
