hotel sallustio is in piazza Sallustio and sorrounded by government offices and famous restaurants and wine tasting bars. The famous Via Venetto is 10 mnts walking distance, so also villa Borghese. One can easily walk to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza Spangna in 20 mnts from the hotel. The location itself is a perfect choice for the tourists who want to explore the heart of Rome.
The property is also situated about 400 metres from the Termini railway station where the main bus and underground lines depart.
How to reach the Hotel Pichierri?How to reach the hotel
By car:
From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, connected to all main highways, follow the indications to Roma centro and then to Termini station, which is very close to the property.
By airplane:
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
From Leonardo Da Vinci airport take the direct train to Termini Station.
Get out in Via Marsala and make a left (direction Via XX Settembre).
Go straight all Via Volturno, at the end you'll find in front of you a big building (Ministry of Defense).
Go right and turn around it.
You'll be in the main street: Via XX Settembre.
Cross it and go left few meters until you cross Via Servio Tullio (there is a shoes shop on the corner) the first way you’ll cross is Via Flavia.
The civic number 84 is in front of you.
The Hotel Sallustio is located between the flower shop and the key shop in Via Flavia 84 - 3rd floor.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

Not a lot to say on the positive sideOnly 3 rooms available on arrival when 4 was booked months in advance i was given a room in the hotel above on the friday night and had to move again on the saturday to the hotel above that.staff thought this was ok and no discount was offered although i asked. the breakfast room was the worst breakfast room i have ever seen we all went out for breakfast to a local cafeVassil Ivanov

This is a small, old style hotel in the heard of the city. the staff is really friendly and doing its best to assist the guests.1. they need to change the towels more often - for a 5 days stay they never did it.
2. we were out ot toilet paper and the cleaning lady "saved" it, so we bought on our own.
3. the breakfast is really "cheap". any cheese and / or salami would not cost that much.Anonymous
