Good location 
Dirty smelly rooms, poor services, staff are rude, and the rooms are full of mosquitoes, we had about 65 bites between us. we changed room 3 times, air conditioning was leaking on the carpet and caused a terrible smell.
just so everyone knows this is a three star hotel and they don’t change dirty sheets,
i will never recommend any one to stay here!!!

Hotel siviglia is within walking distance of termini station. it sits on a relatively quiet corner. the room was clean. the staff was helpful.There is an unavoidable short flight of stairs to get to the elevator--very inconvenient if you have luggage. the elevator was extremely small, barely enough for two people and two suitcases. the rooms were clean, but dimly lit. there was no personal safe in the room. the tv was very small and the reception was poor. there were no toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom.Anonymous

The hotel staff were pleasent and helpful. very nice breakfast and selection was good. we will stay again next time.
