Cons: None
Cons: Be prepared to climb stairs.
Cons: Too small "king size" double bed , 120 cm !
Cons: This is no way a 4 star hotel. the hotel rooms were inadequate. the bathroom was tiny and there was mould on the ceiling. the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.
Cons: Terrible beds, mattresses should have been changed 10 years ago
Cons: The toilet in room 29 was not good and we had trouble flushing it. i informed the front desk but nothing was done about it. i was just told to flush 3 times.
Cons: The staff at the reception could have been just a little bit kind and smiling
Cons: Everything else about the hotel was horrible. it was old and tacky. the staff was rude and unhelpful. the room had a disgusting smell, the aircon was incredibly noisy and the safe did not work. cleaning staff attempted to enter the room while we were in there on the day we were checking out.
Cons: No bath but a shower.
Cons: The reception team do not make much of an effort to be friendly, although they are courteous and helpful. the bar area and sitting area at ground floor is mainly quiet and has little use, the bar itself doesn't seem to open for hotel guests and is reserved for small conference groups. the rooms are small but functional
Cons: Room heating switched off on arrival late at night so first night was chilly!
