Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly. very good breakfast. room excellent for four people - separate bedrooms (separated by small corridor with bathroom off).
Cons: When we arrived they could not find the man who was to take us to our room. we were extremely hot having walked from the station in 90 degree heat. we waited for a good 20 minutes.

Pros: The hotel trevi is in an excellent location, rome was always very clean and was very roomy, dining staff were very helpful and courteous. all in all we would stay in the hotel trevi mainly for its excellent location
