The hotel enjoys an excellent location in a central area of the city next to this main station in Rome and it is very well connected to railway station ‘Tiburtina’ and the airports. The hotel is only 30 minutes from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport (18 miles/30 km). Also, the hotel is a short car drive away from the freeway (autostrada).
How to reach the Hotel Viennese?From Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci Airport: Take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Railway Station. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station. As you are leaving the station at track n.1, you are on Via Marsala. Go right and then take the first left which is Via Milazzo. You will find the hotel a few meters down this street on the right.
From Ciampino Airport: Take the bus to Anagnina, then take metro line A to Termini Railway Station. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station. As you are leaving the station at track n.1, you are on Via Marsala. Go right and then take the first left which is Via Milazzo. You will find the hotel a few meters down this street on the right.

Friendly staff and clean facilities.We could not find the hotel easily because it is a in a big building with several other hotels and does not have any prominent sign. you need to really look thru the list of hotels to find it. they were carrying out renovation work, so we were actually put up in a separate facility one block away. all this meant dragging luggage and family with kids back and forth on the streets. breakfast was included in the price, but the bar (restaurant?) which was supposed to be open at 6.30 am did not, so we had to leave to catch a 7.30 am train without breakfast.Anonymous

Staff are friendly and helpful.location is very accesible to all transportation.very safe location to travellers.Breakfast food is very limited, just one crepe and one small glass of juice or pick one small cup od coffee in the bar detach to teh hotel.Anonymous

Hotel was in a central location...right behind the termini,very easy access to all parts of rome.hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly.light breakfast of brioche and coffee in a cafe round the corner was also included.thoroughly enjoyed!!!Anonymous

I would not class this as a hotel. with separate rooms scattered in different apartments and breakfast (a cup of coffee and a bun!) in a nearby bar it was rather disappointing. whilst very close to the station, it's not a great area either!Anonymous

The best part about the hotel is its convenient location, just outside the rome terminus station. though the hotel is on the second floor, once inside, the rooms are comparable to any other good 2-star -3-star hotel. added to that, the informal approach of the staff make it a pleasant experience. the room also has a laptop with free internet and when the same was not working, the staff was kind enough to allow me to use the hotel's internet, while the same was being fixed in my room.Anonymous

Good location and easy to find.The room was not representative of that shown on the website. our quadruple room for four blokes consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed. when we questioned this we got some poor excuse and a take it or leave it attitude.

Room was very clean and well presented. the staff who greeted us were very helpful and friendly. great for a one night stay.We had to pay with cash - not credit card, as offered when booking. the directions given were to the second part of the hotel - we were staying in the other block, which was in fact more convienient. Hotel had a great location next to termini station. metro is easy and cheap to use right next door. hotel was clean and mostly quiet... breakfast was at a cafe next to the hotel and was just a cup of coffe and a pastry so do expext to much. lina was great and even helped me when i got lost.Small issue with check out. lina was unavalible so another staff member checked me out but there seemed to be great confusion and had to wait 20 mins to pick up my papers when i left. no real dramas. would stay here again when i return to romev.d.Kamp

The ideal hotel to see rome if you are on a budget. no frills, just a clean room, tv, internet, helpful staff. where else would a family of 5 stay for less than £75 per night?. would recommend this hotel and we would return.Room was a tad cramped and the breakfast of a coffee and croissant was average. however, we were in rome to see rome not stay in the hotel.Nickell

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was right next to the termini station so its easy to get anywhere from the main station. We checked-in late and our room was already filled, but the landlady made up for it by providing a better alternative room near by.risidi

The hotel was very central,just accross the road from the station. the room was basic but clean and the bed very comfortable. breakfast was a voucher to be exchanged in the bar next door, which suited us very well as we had an early start for the airport. this also meant that the coffee was good.A strange entrance, you need to use the lift, but this wasnt a problem. Excellent location right outside main termini station. excellent staff very helpful . neat room and no curfew. can go anytime back to hotel they provide keysWhen i reached there was no room available becuase previous guest was not checked out. however they did accomdate me different room immediately. 100 euros was bit too much. shower room was so tiny one can hardly move. break fast included was 1 coffee and croissant . not worth. 60-70 euros a night would have been perfect.
