Very good room, but a few little. Very clean room and bathroom and that's the most important thing.Only a negative fact: TV remote controller didn't run.

Pros: Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are very nice, fairly easy to get into town on the tram and a great experiance overall.
Cons: The hotel is a little bit hard to find the first time but once you know where it is it is fine.

Pros: Very friendly staff! my friend needed to stay an extra night, it was a last minute decision, and she didn't have to pay any extra money for extending her reservation. although the rooms are small, they were nice and clean. i liked the location, it was in a quiet neighborhood yet only about a 35 min. walk to spanish steps. great value!
