Cons: The terminology of types of rooms: twin, double, queen. we booked a double room and got the twin. the personnel, however, was so nice and they changed the room for us into double (=queen as used hotel).

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean. we were impressed by the provision of tea and coffee making facilities(available on request). the hotel is convrniently situated and with a roma pass it is possible to easily and cheaply to get to colosseum, spanish steps, st peters etc.. the staff were very helpful. room size is fine as we were out seeing the sites. there are restaurants close by.
