The room was exceptionally clean. we were impressed by the provision of tea and coffee making facilities(available on request). the hotel is convrniently situated and with a roma pass it is possible to easily and cheaply to get to colosseum, spanish steps, st peters etc.. the staff were very helpful. room size is fine as we were out seeing the sites. there are restaurants close by.Anonymous

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. staff was courteous and helpful; safe location close to the bus and metro; great breakfast to start our day; comfortable furniture and amenities in the room.I had some laundry done at the hotel and although it was beautifully washed and ironed they hugely overcharged for this service. 50 euros for one bag!!DAVID THOMPSON

The breakfast was excellent. the hotel was very convenient for the station and airport bus links. the renovated room we were eventually put in was excellent.A grumpy member of staff on night duty, the rest of the staff were excellent. we were put in an awful non-renovated room at first, avoid 402 until they have got round to it.Anonymous
