Fantastic location - not even 5 min walk to termini station. even though the area around termini is not the greatest, i felt very safe - hotel is set back from the main road and has 24hr reception staff.The hotel is perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay but possibly not for any longer than this.Anonymous

The room was close to the train station and internet facilities.The room has an air conditioner that did not work and the nights were warm and i had to rely on an open window..which did not help. the toilet did not always work well.HUGHES

Good value for money, clean and friendly staffLocation was not so good, although close proximity to main railway station etc. was good, the area is a bit seedy and not the best i would probably stay in a diff. location if staying in rome again for considerable amt of time - for short transit stop over would consider stay here again.Anonymous

Staff friendly and very helpful. we asked to change rooms as our room was beside the reception. we were moved to an upper floor without any hesitation. i would stay at the hotel washington again when in rome as the central location was excellent for exploring the city.No not at all.Anonymous

The reception staff were extremely helpful with maps & guidelines as to how to get around. the location of the hotel is excellent as it is within a few minutes walking distance from the central train, metro & bus termini as well as the airport connection. Anonymous
