The porter service is good and friendly
The breakfast service staff is very unfriendly and arrogant the breakfast room is too tiny for so many guests so you always have to wait untill some guest has finished his breakfast from the staffs room above the kitchen you can hear all their loud quarrals

They rebooked me in a 'nearby hotel' which was far inferior - no internet, no cnn - problems if you're a businessman

Room was pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good. staff is very nice
Our room was not on the same building as the reception, it was in a building in front of it. the hall of that building was not that good and the elevator was very very small. the bathroom had a problem on the first day but they fixed it on the same day.

Very helpful front desk staff. clean rooms.
Unfortunately my girlfriends ring went missing along with a £20 note from her bag. we are fairly sure the maid took it as nobody else had access to our room and it was definately in the room prior to us going out for the day. however we can't prove it and a safe was available to us in the room so more fool us, this incident would not put us off staying here again.
