Pros: Clean, very rich breakfast, very helpful staff, nice location (area);overall we enjoyed our stay here
Cons: The hotel is actually a student hostel and the rooms with shared bathroom are meant to host only one student;therefore if u take the twin room u gonna get a room with 2 separate beds put one beside the other which distance between each other when u sleep; walls too thin so u cant listen to music unless u wanna disturb ur neighbours

Pros: Front desk staff was helpful. you can buy tickets from them. parking was abundant and very secure. they provide great maps of bus schedules and detailed city maps. breakfast was not bad - fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, prepackaged cakes/breads. but no fresh espresso, just drip coffee!
Cons: Very spartan room - we had the economy. the tile floor, which made the room very cold, was filthy when we walked in - disgusting first impression, dust everywhere. the room was very cold, only one small radiator, not enough to heat the room. very thin walls, you can hear doors slamming, people talking, so bring your earplugs! it was pretty far away from a metro or train stop. you had to take a bus to the metro and then the metro into the center - not very straightforward. the first day we went to explore the city, the metro was on strike - no one told us, even as the receptionist was selling us the tickets! (it took two hours to get to the center with various buses that day!)

Pros: My husband and i stayed at this charming guest house for 8 nights. it was a wonderful experience for us and we would highly recommend it to any and everyone. the staff is so friendly and helpful that you want to stay longer. it is quiet, lovely and a true oasis after a day of trekking through the streets of rome. jose was exceptionally good to us. he made us feel as though we were special guests or family.
