"Wonderful stay and accomodations"

I have stayed in Rome numerous times and this stay was the best. The bed was the best. To many times I have stayed in a sagging bed only to kill my back, not here! Additionally, literally being a stones throw from Piazza Navona this is a great place to stay. Very quiet, no busy street or alley!

Pros: The hotel has a fantastic location, all sights within walking distance. the staff were very friendly and always helpful. room was immaculately cleaned daily. breakfast was served daily in our room at a time of our choice we were also offered a good choice of food daily - ham, bacon, eggs, bread, croissant, cheese, and choice of tea/coffee/juices. the visit could not have been improved!

Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful with all our questions, such as trying to locate a phone number for a friend residing in rome. location is great - only a short block north of piazza navona in intimate townhouse. breakfast was punctially delivered each morning to the room. in general a wonderful stay.
Cons: Not exactly negative, but according to the hotel's website, there is free internet access in the common area. i was told that its use is not 'permitted' but the staff let me use it anyway. perhaps the hotel can clarify the phrase 'free internet acceses in common areas' on its website.
