The hotel is in a great location, located a couple of minutes walk away from the spanish steps. the room was clean and well maintained; the staff were friendly, helpful and had great local knowledge, recommending some great places to eat locally.
If you want a full service hotel, then this is not the place for you, as there are no dining facilities, (although a limited continental breakfast is provided), but with so many great restaurants so close by this does not detract from the great location.

The location could not be better. all the main historical attractions were within 5-15 minutes, depending on what you wish to visit. as for retail therapy , we were literally in the heart of it all. it is a small boutique hotel, which was fine by us. i stayed in one of the grand hotels of rome over the summer and would pick intown any day over the pomp and circumstance of a 5 star hotel. the rooms are modern/contemporary and the bath tub great. our room happen to be very small but, we did not spend that much time there. we were only too keen on getting out and exploring this great city during our free time. breakfast is fine for non brits; croissant, pastries , cereal, cheese and salami, tea, coffee and juice. other than the location, the other best thing about this hotel is the concierge. they were helpful with all of our request from restaurant recommendations, to train bookings as well as finding other business rested information we needed. lastly, many good eats around the area. oh i forgot included in the rate is satellite t.v. which is very international in content. we did a lot of research like most people do and found this place comfortable, reasonably priced considering the location and welcoming.
Our room happen to be a bit tight. we booked the double twin room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, literally about five mins from the spanish steps. the hotel rooms, particularly the suites that we stayed in on the first floor, are beautiful - one had a huge jacquzi bath the other had a little balcony totally secluded off the bedroom. the staff are excellent too - very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is a little sparce and the room very small.

Perfect location, so close to the spanish steps and all the designer shops. room 401 is the roof top terrace. the junior suite is huge and has a jacuzzi bath plus a shower box.the staff were excellent- very helpful. they booked some restaurants for us and let us use the internet to check our flight details.we had the continental breakfast in our room at no extra charge. bacon and eggs are available if you would like it for a small charge.the beds are very comfortable with fresh clean linen. the location is so handy for walking to the main tourist sights yet also so quiet at night for a good nights sleep after a long day sightseeing.
The breakfast room is small but if you have breakfast in your room its not such a problem. a lift is provided albeit rather small. send your cases up in it and then walk up to the reception on the first floor.the receptionist will bring your bags up for you if you are on the upper floors.

Great location
We were allegedly given an upgraded room which turned out to be room 101 notorious on other sites as the room beside the kitchen and breakfast room. no sleep after 6.30. we were not able to move rooms for two nights then we were offered the standard double that we had booked room 401, which was very small with hardly room to walk around the bed, noisey inefficient ac, poor flow to the shower, no carpet, no view, not soundproof. altogether not good value at all, not sure which was worse, the nice big room with noise or the 'cupboard room'. the staff were very unsympathetic to our grievances and more or less told us we should be grateful for the upgrade. despite the fact they clearly did not have the correct rooms available when they accepted the booking. we were originally offered a discount to stay in room 101, this was withdrawn when room 401 mysteriously became available. also some cosmetics were either removed or accidently disposed of from the room, when we asked if they could search the rubbish as this cream is only available in the us and had been purchased earlier this year, we were told that the maid was nothing short of a saint and would categorically not have removed any items. we explained we thought it would have been a mistake, but the missing item was rather expensive to just lose it. once again nothing was offered in compensation just vacant looks and shrugging of the shoulders. i would not recommend this hotel on my experiences, however, our friends were upgraded to a junior suite and how nothing to complain about except perhaps the lack of a shower. they paid exactly the same rate as us, which the hotel thought was entirely fair! i leave you to draw your own conclusions.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was nice. the room was comfortable and spacious. the location was central in the shopping and historic district- only 1 minute walk away from the spanish steps.
Having booked a twin room for myself and my mother, on arrival we placed in a double room that was supposed to be an upgrade. the room given was number 11, directly beside the breakfast room and kitchen area which meant we were subject to the din of the hotel guests eating breakfast from 0730hrs. the hotel is very small. the breakfast room is tiny and there is no restaurant or bar. the hotel justifies it's 5 stars by providing a brochure to a health spa several streets away which makes thoughts of pampering inconvenient. the hotel is really just a stylish bed and breakfast. my mother was disappointed that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean and well the location was superb, next to lost of little bars, cafes and restaurants, all down little cobbled back roads in-between all the designer shops. the main shopping road is literally five minutes away, as is the trevi fountain and pantheon. intown luxury house is a wonderful hotel in the perfect location. definitely worth a booking!!

Great location we had an upgraded room that was lovely, very clean and it had an excellent air condition unit as our visit was in winter you find some hotel rooms can be cold.
My only negative point was we had room 101 which was a great room but breakfeast was served on small tables outside our room and we were woken up early in the morning with the noise of the waiter setting the tables.maybe a room on a higher floor would be quieter.

Fantastic location right in the centre of all the action. stunning small hotel. our room (we were upgraded to the junior suite) was fabulous with a jacuzzi big enough for 2! the staff couldn't be more helpful, including bringing breakfast to your room.
