Pros: Gianluca, the host for this two-room b & b is the star. he makes great breakfasts (eggs, beautifully arranged vegetables, coffee, juice, cereal, breads, fruit -- delicious and huge). location in a lovely old building -- each time one exits, st. peter's basilica looms lovingly over the quiet, yet very close to lively areas, neighborhood.
Cons: The bunk-bedded double room is quite small. i am very big (1.95 meters tall), and the room size did not bother me at all . . . but you readers need to be aware ahead of time that the room is small. there is a very nice sized sitting room available at all times if you crave space.

gianluca (owner) is a credit to his profession and made the difference as far as i am concerned.
