Pros: Central location and huge double bed.
Cons: Did really 'feel the love' from the staff. coffee at breakfast was not good. had to request different coffee that they did not charge us for however....still had to make the effort to ask for something better. one would expect good quality coffee in italy. i wouldn't stay at this hotel again so would not recommend it to others.

Pros: We found the room (suite) clean, spacious & very comfortable, the hotel was quiet & in a great location i.e.close to the via veneto & the spanish steps with some fabulous restaurants nearby which weren't too expensive either. the staff were friendly & helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and should suit the fussiest of travellers.

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful in making us feel welcome and planning our activities around rome. room with a walkout balcony was absolutely beautiful!!! location was ideal for sightseeing and close to some really good restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing.. there was a wonderful assortment of fruit, but there was no cold milk, syrup for pancakes and the croissants with honey didn't taste very good. once we went to the grocery and bought milk and syrup - we were happy!

Pros: Very friendly, professional staff. excellent extensive breakfast available from 6:45 which enabled us to make the most of the day. the hotel hosted a cocktail party twice a week which gave one the opportunity to meet other guests in a very pleasant informal atmosphere. our room and the en-suite bathroom were spacious and well equipped.
