From Fiumicino airport, located 35 km away from Rome (west side): Take the Leonardo Express train to 'Termini' Railway Station and then follow the directions below.From Ciampino Airport: Take line A. CO.TRAL until metro stop 'Anagnina' and take the metro to 'Termini' Railway Station and then follow the directions below.
From Termini station: Take bus line 105 'Grotte Celoni' and get off at the sixth bus stop 'Casilina-Gallarate'. Walk for 10 meters until the traffic light and turn right onto Via Gallarate, pass the arch and you will be in Piazza Lodi. From Piazza Lodi take Via Oristano, at number 14 you will find the hotel.

Cons: Music played or conversations held in the communal areas tend to echo up the staircase to all rooms which can be a slight annoyance.
Cons: This is more of a youth hostel than a hotel. pretty far from any sites.

it was a hostel rather than hotel.
i would only recommend to very young travellers (late teens/early 20's) who are happy to have a youth hostel experience.
Cons: Small minimilistic rooms that were shabby at best and with the most uncomfortable beds i have ever stayed in.
also, there's a kitchen open to all guests, so we could purchase snacks and wine.
Cons: I don't recall if the ad mentioned the shared toilet, but it was a surprise to us. it's fairly noisy, especially in the rooms facing the street.
Cons: None whatsover, and an excellent hotel for a stay in rome.
Cons: A little out of the centre and no nightlife for miles around
