The location is perfect which made the holiday. room decorated to a high standard. staff could speak very good english. car pick was easy to organise.
There was no wardrobe space for hanging clothes. the room had no tea/coffe making facilities. so it wa not possible to make a hot drink or to get drinking water when the reception was not staffed which was frequently. we had a late evening return flight and asked the hotel if we could store our luggage for the day but the stff refues saying that the recetion would not be open as it was a sunday. we had to get across rome to the trian station whilist the rome marathon was taking place and this took us up to four hours and spolit our last day.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable and our time there felt like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
