Pros: We got a newly renovated room, clean and generally nice (still pretty small). the bathroom was very clean and good-looking for a 3 stars hotel and the lines were clean and white.
the area is not great, but still pretty close to the center and very close to the most important rome's transport center - termini railway station, so the location is generally good.

very good value - highly recommended, especially for a short stay.
Cons: Small room. the breakfast was very basic, we preferred to have a breakfast outside the hotel.
