This comfortable guest house, is actually inside an historical building (late 800's) in a fine residential area called 'Prati'. This quartier has very beautiful historical buildings, ancient cafe's and posh shops.
Very close to the guest house you can find Piazza Cavour (50 meters) which is a very stylish square where you may find all the buses to reach any area of Rome. Metro stop "Lepanto" is only 300 meters away and Termini Railway Station is only 10 minutes away from the guest house.
Marta Guest House offers 15 rooms with an en-suite bathroom with a shower or bath. The furniture of the rooms is personally chosen by the owners and has a very nice style. All rooms are different but very much equipped with all comforts like a TV, safe, air-conditioning, hair dryer. Thanks to all these facilities you will have a nice and tranquil stay.

It is located in an elegant and quiet residential area, 50 metres away from Palazzo di Giustizia. In this area you can find several shops (especially in via Cola di Rienzo,) restaurants and pubs, and the Adriano multihall cinema.
The hotel is 500 metres away from Via del Corso and Via dei Condotti, easy to reach by crossing the Cavour bridge (ponte Cavour).
From the property's location you can reach the Vatican city, Piazza Navona and the Spanish steps in only 10 minutes.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport: Use the new service from Rome - Fiumicino Airport where you can take bus shuttle bus directly to Piazza Cavour (40 minutes, EUR 8.00). The guest house is only 100 meters away from this square.
From Ciampino Airport: Take a local bus to metro station "Anagnina". From there take the metro to the stop "Lepanto" which is 300 meters from the guest house.

Cons: Very poor breakfast and a worn out towel. water pressure very low.
Cons: We had difficulty getting the key out of the lock in the door on the first night and had to leave the door unlocked whilst we found out the 'secret' behind getting the key. the breakfast was poor; the same prepacked croixant and prepacked sweet toast bread brought to the room every morning. beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was just acceptable.

Cons: There were bugs in my room, all over the bathroom floor, internet only available on first floor
Cons: Tea making facility not actually in the room, but the staff were very accomodating and brought everything i asked for.
Cons: Room was very basic and only moderately clean, breakfast was very meagre (tea/coffee (no juice option) + only 1 croissant); hotel building not easy to locate; expensive for what it offered
Cons: Our room was behind the reception desk. we could hear the staff talking from 7am. the door buzzer from outside and internal bell was so loud and didn't stop from 11pm-2am, then started again at 7am. the most awful night sleep i have had...and i am a heavy sleeper. the breakfast was a criossant and a coffee in a plastic cup. pretty poor for the price of the hotel!
Cons: I was travelling with my young daughter & as she drinks neither tea nor coffee, i asked the staff in italian, for a fruit juice for her breakfast drink - they basically ignored this request & brought tea.
