Excellent location, friendly staff
Room was very basic and only moderately clean, breakfast was very meagre (tea/coffee (no juice option) + only 1 croissant); hotel building not easy to locate; expensive for what it offered

The gentleman that welcomed us was excellent. he had amazing knowledge and made our stay in rome so much easier that it would have been.
Our room was behind the reception desk. we could hear the staff talking from 7am. the door buzzer from outside and internal bell was so loud and didn't stop from 11pm-2am, then started again at 7am. the most awful night sleep i have had...and i am a heavy sleeper. the breakfast was a criossant and a coffee in a plastic cup. pretty poor for the price of the hotel!

It is very central for sightseeing.
I was travelling with my young daughter & as she drinks neither tea nor coffee, i asked the staff in italian, for a fruit juice for her breakfast drink - they basically ignored this request & brought tea.
