This is not a fully staffed bed and breakfast, but everything you want is available including tea and coffee facilities (a rarity in europe). we had free use if internet. it was wonderfulAnonymous

Staff, was very nice to us and very helpful she works alone, but she also make sure that the customers are happy, in the morning there will be full breakfest and she also chats with the customers and make them fell at home, the hotel is very niceIt was very hard to find the hotel, maybe its becouse it dont have a big sign and just a smell sign on the door arab

Very nice modern room, a little small but fine forthe amount of time that we were actually there. beds were comfy, family room(2 adjoining)very conveinent. good location, half block to santa maria maggorie and walking distance to coloseeum .Had trouble with our phones (we did at most htels)but the staff allowed us to use their cellphone and computer to check flights. overall very satisfied, would stay agin or recomend to others going to rome.Holmes

Clean, modern rooms which are lot more stylish than some of the other rooms i've seen in rome. great location.They really need to have someone staffing the merulana inn all day to let people in etc. it shouldn't be the job of a guest to ring around and find where another guest should be checking in.David Jones

Modern- all facilities were available-very clean- had air con- perfect location for visiting romeThe computerised entrance didn't work on our arrival and we were left waiting outside the building for half an hour with our luggage. although i can see the benefits of having a self service type of hotel, having someone on sight for days when people are booking in would be helpful.Holly Travis

Lovely hotel, 5 minute walk to termini, 10 minute walk to the colosseum couldn't have wished for a better location. room was lovely, looked just like the photos. easy to get to from the airport, just a bus and a metro.I read up on the hotel before i came and knew it was hard to find and unmanned after 3. if you are going to arrive after 3 you will need to call the hotel when you get there to be let in or wait for someone to let you in. we let in 2 lots of people during th 6 days we were there, you're room keys and stuff will be waiting for you but you can't get into the hotel without a keycard or being buzzed in. as long as you are aware of this then you shouldn't have any problems.Jonathan Naylor
