Description
Morpheus Rooms is housed in a historical building near the Viminale complex and it is accessible by lift. The hotel is situated in the centre of Rome, 1 km from the Colosseum and a short walk from the main Termini Railway Station. So it will be very easy to reach roman's main attraction by feet or by metro.

The Morpheus Rooms is an extraordinary compromise of elegance and comfort, situated in one of the eldest, most characteristic parts of Ancient Rome: Rione Monti (10 min. walk from the Colosseum).
It is recently renovated and since the 1st of February 2008 with a new management.
Because of the excellent position, all main sights of interest in the historic centre are within easy reach, both on foot and by public transportation: Colosseum,Trevi Fontain, Roman Forum, Navona Square, Spanish Steps, Veneto Street,Vatican City. Morpheus Rooms is also located within walking distance from the Termini railway station, between Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza S. Maria Maggiore.
How to reach the Guest House “Morpheus Rooms” ?Coming by train:
From Termini railway station you can walk directly to the House in only 5 minutes following of Morpheus Rooms direction or if you can take the Metro Line "A" direction "San Pietro" and get off at the first stop "Repubblica". From the metro way out the House is at 200 m.
From Fiumicino Airport you can take the direct train to Termini Central Station. Once you arrived to the Central Station you can walk directly to the House in only 5 minuts following the Morpheus Rooms direction or if you prefer you can take the Metro Line "A" direction "San Pietro" and get off at the first stop "Repubblica". From the metro way out the House is at 200 m.
From Ciampino Airport you can take shuttle service from Airport to the Metro line A (Anagnina-Battistini) and get off at the stop "Repubblica".

Staff was very helpful and kind, breakfast in bed was quite novel and arrived at time we requested.room was clean and stylistically updated, to be fair taff was willing to change our room when we requested, although we had to wait or return at midday, which would cut too much into our short stay.We were given a room which said 'private' on the door, which made me think it might only be used in very busy times. it was next to reception and therefor quite noisy, the entrance to shower is very narrow and impossible for a slightly larger person to enter. our window was next to the airconditioning unit , so we had to keep windows closed because of noise, airconditioning was working very well though.
