The breakfast lady was the only staff member who was nice. the bathroom shower was nice (great water pressure). We stayed in room 13. there were bugs in my bed. i woke up having bug bites all over my arms and on my face. they do not change the bedsheets! also, the hotel is very difficult to find at night because they do not have a lighted sign like other hotels! we spent nearly 2 hours looking for morpheus rooms! there is a hotel sign for clarin hotel that people can see, but not morephus rooms. i would not recommend staying here. Anonymous

Close to major sites, station, staff always onsite.Stains on blanket, hair in bed and shower, very small room for 3 people, had to leave room key with staff everytime we went out which was up one level. was told b'fast was delievered to room, only to find it was not and had to find the b'fast room myselfAnonymous

Excelent location for rome trips. pleasant staff. good choice for tourist with limited budget willing to see rome historic sights.The building is old, although the hotel rooms are renovated. the shower cabin is too small.Anonymous

The staff at morpheus are fantastic and really couldn't do enough for you. the hotel was very clean.The room we were put in for the first night of our three night stay had a tiny window and was extremely dark and also a fire risk as no exit, but we were moved to a new room the following day and it was much better. the breakfast lady couldn't speak english other than tea/coffee which caused problems when asking for plain hot water!Almeida

Staff was very helpful and kind, breakfast in bed was quite novel and arrived at time we requested.room was clean and stylistically updated, to be fair taff was willing to change our room when we requested, although we had to wait or return at midday, which would cut too much into our short stay.We were given a room which said 'private' on the door, which made me think it might only be used in very busy times. it was next to reception and therefor quite noisy, the entrance to shower is very narrow and impossible for a slightly larger person to enter. our window was next to the airconditioning unit , so we had to keep windows closed because of noise, airconditioning was working very well though. Excellent staff, very friendly. breakfast was brought to your room. very clean, good location. The price was a bit high, but considering it was in rome, it was quite a good value. also, the double beds were two twin beds pushed together, so it was quite uncomfortable at night. Carole French
