"We enjoyed the proximity to the architectural treasures in rome and the..."
Pros: We enjoyed the proximity to the architectural treasures in rome and the ease of arriving to the hotel from termini. we also enjoyed staying in a building amongst residents.
pay attention to the warnings about the number of stairs to reach the property. to us, this is part of the charm. if you are, however, not capable of climbing many stairs, find a different property.
Cons: We did not receive the room confirmed on our reservation, matilda, which has a divano/couch. instead we received the smaller ginerva room, which has only one desk chair. given we were staying three nights, we would have enjoyed somewhere to sit and relax (and eat breakfast) besides our bed, so we were disappointed to not have received the room we reserved.

Pros: Great b&b hotel with a very kind staff, but must be adviced to travelers that the hotel doesn't count with an elevator to get to the 4th level (88 steps) where it is located.

"The location could hardly be better"
Pros: The location could hardly be better... steps from the piazza navona, the pantheon, etc. updated bathrooms, and breakfasts brought to you in the room are nice touches.
Cons: The hotel's small lobby and rooms are on the fifth floor of a walk-up only building. perhaps the room we booked was the smallest of the lot, but it did not do justice to the photos on the website.

"No"
Pros: No.
Cons: Not enough information prior to booking. fourth floor rooms have no access other than 88 stairs. not good for elderly or handicapped.

"The small bed & breakfast was in an excellent location close to everything"
Pros: The small bed & breakfast was in an excellent location close to everything. the room was clean and had air conditioning.
Cons: The b&b was on the third floor of the building - and there were no elevators. the clerk knew of our plight and didn't even offer to help us lug our suitcases up six flights of stairs! as soon as we checked-in, she left and the only b&b staff in the building was a cleaning person who dropped by in the mornings with a lackluster breakfast.
the bed was even uncomfortable.

"Perfect location in the heart of rome"
Pros: Perfect location in the heart of rome. very clean and stylish.
