Pros: The staff were incredibly pleasant all the time. the breakfast was wonderful, and the room was clean and spacious for 3 people. there is a lift which was a pleasant surprise. the location is perfect, right in the center with shops and restaurants everywhere. i would stay in the same hotel again when i visit rome again.

Pros: Location is great, very close to all monuments, so there is no need od metro, very friendy staff at the hotel, breakfast ok
Cons: The room was ok,quite dark, but the toilet in the room was ugly - the fungus on the walls is not good for health

Pros: Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. everything within walking distance (about 20 mins to the colosseum) and nice area for restaurants etc. staff are very friendly and helpful. room was great, breakfast was ok.

"Great for me, but may not be for you"

Pros: Great for me, but may not be for you. it dosen't look like a hotel from the outside and the bathroom is down the hall, but it is private just for you & you have the key. agreat value with several 4 star hotels around the corner at 4 times the price. i will come back.

Pros: It was easy to book. location is good.
Cons: Apartment totally not suitable to our needs. i misread the details which was misleading. details read 2 bedrooms. 1 living room...
we only stayed one night - only because we had to pay for it. totally not what i expected. i expected 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a bathroom with private access.
not appropriate for seniors at all.
i had to get a room in another hotel for my parents for the 1st night and we had to book into separate rooms in a hotel.
don't rate this apartment at all. it's not an apartment as we'd define in the uk/ire. it's just 2 rooms.

Pros: Hello,
the hotel is small hotel with 10 rooms or so.
the hotel's location is excellent. downtown is within walking distance of 10 minutes per attractions.
the hotel owner was very nice and will be happy to help in any inquiries.
the hotel is situated on the main street and next to him all means of transportation (bus, taxi and metro).
i would recommend anyone to this hotel.
Cons: Rooms a bit small

Pros: Staff was very friendly, the rooms were cute and cozy. breakfast was excellent, really got us off to a good start. very close to the metro station too. a/c was outstanding.
Cons: Umm, maybe the small showers, internet was shady as the computer kept shutting off. don't like the two beds pushed together to make one big bed, but it seems this is typical in europe.
