Cons: Fold away bed wasn't made up at arrival.
Cons: There was 2 issues that really upset us; 1, the location of the office was completely on different location where we should of collect keys for our apartment which we found out after we arrived at office. so, my point is that we did not know that the room was not on the same location and therefore it caused a big problem with our transfer as we needed to travel then from the office to the hotel and accordingly we early morning needed to come back to office location for our return transfer. 2, staff at office gave us completely impossible to understand direction and we spent up to an hour to find it; however that was not all; we got to the hotel and the keys did not work. we asked one of the guests to open the main door and then we found out that those keys were not for that apartments at all. i would like to mention one more time that the confirmation of booking did not give us easy to understand location.
Cons: It really was not suitable clean, the linens and furnishings were old and the shower was inadequate. there was hardly any hot water, the pressure was low and the shower hose had a hole in it so half of the water went out the side. i would not stay there again, it was not a good value for the money. there was no lighting in the stairwell so you had to proceed up four flights of stairs in the pitch dark at night.
Cons: Transportation to apartment not provided- very difficult to get to apartment with our bags without guidance or van transportation.
Cons: Close to the collosseum but that is it. 1.5 km from the termini station.
Cons: The office was located way too far from the hotel. another way to checkin and pay should be available.
