Pros: Great position to be located for easy access to rome's central sites. accomodation is really more of an apartment than a hotel room although you have a good breakfast delivered to your room each morning . however, we found the apartment to be of an extremely high standard and is perfect for young couples who want to see the main sites of rome and experience some true local culture. hotel was very quiet, clean, well furnished and the staff could not have been more helpful! highly recommend staying here.
Cons: Only comment is that the kitchen at the apartment does not have any equipment or crockery, so can't really be used.

Pros: The location was excellent and the best thing about the hotel as it is within 5 mins from the colliseum.
Cons: The hotel was very noisy at times due to the internal wall structure being very thin. however, due to the great location this should not be such an off-putting factor

Pros: Good location for central rome. very friendly staff. room and facilities were ok.
Cons: The room(s) with kitchen facilities were well appointed but no utensils or crockery provided, so proved not to be worthwhile.

Pros: Excellent location. good breakfast.
Cons: Poor reception, no flowers, wine or fruit as described when we booked. cot and hairdryer requested but not provided immediately. kitchen had no pots/pans/kettle to heat baby milk etc. room sizes were very small. really disappointed.

Pros: Great location to the forum, and central rome. can walk anywhere from hotel.

Pros: The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring rome's sights. the staff speak excellent english and are extremely helpful - nothing was too much bother for them.
Cons: It was clear that the hotel is very new and there were a few minor cosmetic details still to be ironed out (for example, the reception office is not yet completed, although this does not prevent the staff providing an excellent service), some skirting boards etc are unfinished. the only downside to our room was the shower which was not very powerful. also, not all rooms have a view of the imperial forums as stated on their website.

Pros: Very pleasant staff and very helpful when needed.
clean apartment, and a nice selection on the continental breakfast tray (delivered to your room at your convenience), which always arrived at the requested time.
