This is a very clean, comfortable boutique hotel, with cute rooms, a nice lobby with couches and wifi and a big breakfast (by italian standards).
The hotel is situated off of what is practically a highway, so there is not much walking out -- you basically need to call a taxi to go anywhere. but it is quiet as it is in a little side-street. it is a little far from the center, however a taxi from the center is only €15 so you still get good value. there is nothing to see or do in the immediate area (although eur is an entertaining example of fascist architecture and urban planning).

Ms. ursula of the staff was extraordinarily kind. thanks to her we felt really welcome in the hotel. same about the receptionist whose name i regretely don't know.
There was no paved trotoir to get to/out of the hotel (when going to metropolitana, for example) - one has to use vehicle road, which may be dangerous in italy.
