By plane:
Travelling from Fiumicino Airport:
-Join the Anular motorway heading towards Naples and Exit at Eur – Gate number 26.
- Continue on heading towards the city centre. Then when you reach the Coliseum taka a turn into Via Labicana.
- following Via Merulana take a right turn Via Matteo Boiardo.

By train:
From Termini Main train Station:
Walk to Viale Manzoni, when you cross Via Emanuele Filiberto, take a left turn into Via Matteo Boiardo.

- You can also take the buss line 714, just before the crossroads between Via Labicana and Viale Manzoni. Take a turn to the left into Viale Manzoni and then right to Via Matteo Boiardo.

By subway:
The hotel is easy to reach from Termini Station with Metro A line Direction "ANAGNINA" and get off at MANZONI. You can also take the A line to the San Giovanni stop. You can get to Via Matteo Boiardo in 3 minutes on foot.

Very friendly welcome on check in. well maintained, modern fell to reception area. clean, spacious room with very good storage. breakfast was very fresh, regularly replenished and the staff were polite and helpful.
Air conditioning did not work in room, and despite a request for it to be repaired, it never was. also, at check out we were informed that due to a computer fault we could not be presented with a copy of our bill and that they would have to forward it to us via email, although this was by no means a problem, we have still not received a copy, despite having made a phone call to remind them of this request.

Hotel was closed and had been for three weeks, nobody had bothered to inform us prior to arrival at the hotel - they relocated us to another hotel much further out of the centre of rome - very disappointing.

Very bad service,because we booking a room 1 week before we travel to rome.when we arrive the staff say room is fully book.then transfer we are to another hotel.but the another hotel is a very bad onces.i m booking that is 4 star hotel,but change that is just 2 star with the same prices.we r so unhappy the this service.

We booked monday to friday in this hotel and spent monday night at the hotel only to be woken by staff with a letter informing that everybody was to be moved to different hotels in rome as the air conditioning and electric was broken ,also the water wasnt working i felt that the receptionist on the day did her best concidering she was hung out to dry by her managers who never once bothered with any of us as customers at the hotel ,they stayed out of the way all day..we were dropped at the new hotel which was further from the sites ..as we booked st johns as was near to the sites..and left to deal with the bill of the other hotel ourselves ..in my experience of this hotel st johns i would give a wide birth until this hotel has been up and running for a couple of years as we lost nearly a whole day of our 4days there which was not exceptable and they wouldnt even compansate us or take money off the bill, infact they charged us a higher rate which i had to get sorted out when i was at the other hotel.which wouldnt of been my choice in hotels as wasnt as contempary as st johns but was a very friendly and well run hotel staff were happy to help and was walking distance from the termini i recomend this hotel it is clled hotel morgana 4****..would never go back to st johns again..

Excellent, renovated hotel with beautiful and clean rooms. special attention was given to decorative details. the rooms were exactly as shown in the website pictures. just beautiful! staff was helpful and polite. the hotel is located 1,5km from colosseum. good and tasty continental breakfast. excellent value for money.
Was forced to pay in advance. no parking. could park outside the hotel at a cost of 1€/day from 8:00am to 6:00pm. during breakfast there was only one coffee machine serving espresso, cappuccino and black coffee. no nes caffe

Under going refurbishment and was not advised - was told that if we had checked in later we would not have seen it. the areas were still not finished 3 days later on check out. small rooms sent to wrong room key not working many times bed not split to twin so had to return to reception 3 times finally moved to a larger room, after experiencing rude attitude of the receptionist and my demand to see the manager. poor breakfast quality for a 4 star hotel also found it unusual to have to pay for the stay on srrival, never done this anywhere in the world and i stay in luxury hotels every week of the year with my work.

staff on the whole were friendly and the room we stayed in was pleasant (although not what i originally booked)
I booked a deluxe room for up to three persons with a lounge area, they placed us in a room for two people which did not have a lounge area and would not move us...this was a little upsetting as the trip was a birthday present for my partner and although we were out and about seeing the sights it would have been nice to have the room i booked. i also ordered champagne on arrival but was only given asti!
