Pros: A warm, friendly and informative welcome from the owner victoria and the cleanest hotel room i have ever come across. very quiet location but easy walking distance from the termini railway station with good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. from this location many sights are walking distance. good safe location for mother and 15 year old son at reasonable price. would definitely recommend and come back.

Pros: Victoria was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and so helpful. she was genuinely concerned that we enjoyed rome. she even apologized that the pope was "not in rome."
Cons: The site should state that there is another tax that must be paid in cash (2 euros per person per day). it should also point out which principe - there are 2 and my gps took us to the first (wrong) one closest to termini.

Pros: Realmente tuvimos una muy buena estadia en el hotel, muy confortable, victoria es una persona muy amable, atenta y servicial. nos sentimos como en casa.
Cons: Solo el barrio al principio, que hay muchos hindues, chinos...pero al segundo dia, ya nos sentimos mejor y nos manejamos sin ningun problema, incluso por las noches.

Pros: Victoria, the owner, was great and very welcoming. she greeted us at the original principe location even though we had neglected to tell her our arrival time, and walked us to the nuovo principe location around the block. she gave us lots of advice for our visit as far as metro and bus schedules. the room was really nice and very clean.
Cons: The only negative i would say about the b&b is the neighborhood, it's a little seedy. but if you are aware of your surroundings, it's fine.

Pros: Great older italian woman was the owner. the rooms were vey clean and had good bathrooms. great price and very secure location (3 locked doors to get t your room).
Cons: There isn't realy a breakfast, just wrapped cakes and instant coffee. the bed was very solid...if you like that i guess it would be ok. the area was near the termini...but in a little more run down area.

Pros: Nuestra experiencia en principe fue muy placentera.. victoria nos hizo sentir como si estuvieramos en casa, muy atenta, servicial, nos dio informacion muy practica para desenvolvernos en roma. las habitaciones impecables en limpieza, ni hablar del bano! excelente! muy espacioso el cuarto, la cama super comoda...las ventanas tienen vidrios doble, asi que no escuchas el ruido de la calle...recomiendo con los ojos cerrados este lugar, ademas que considero que para los costosos precios de hotel en roma, esta muy bien! cerramos nuestro paseo por europa de casi 1 mes muy satisfechas! gracias victoria!

arranged early morning taxi to airport for $40.00
Cons: Not really a hotel or bed and breakfast as advertised. no common area open during the day just a room for breakfast at "8:00am", "twin" beds are hard and smaller and narrower than normal twins, more like youth beds. you have to be careful not to roll off in the night. no signage, difficult to find. no shampoo or hair dryer provided. breakfast was terrible - no protein, only sliced white bread or commercially wrapped bread rolls and coffee. no common sitting area, therefore stuck in room or on the street. lighting to dim to read in bed.

Pros: We stayed in "principe nuvo". it is the apartment with 3 separate rooms and kitchen near to termini station. room was clean. we can use kitchen facilities. the overall impression is good. yes, it is not a hotel with 4 stars, but it is normal for staying for a vacation.
Cons: There wasn't a wi-fi connection, we have to go to the next "principe" apartment for internet. it is located at the next street.
