Principe b&b is located in the convenient location not far from the termini station, excellent for those using train option from the airport to the city centre. victoria was very helpfull and kind. the room we stayed was just about the right size and clean. breakfast was o.k., but we not a big breakfast eaters. I would suggest maybe english tv stations. RYAN

Very good location near train station, easy walking distance to most sights in rome. Principe has wireless. watch out there is a new principe on other side of block with no wireless and dont know where they might put you. our tv didnt work. the breakfast was very minimal.Anonymous

Owner, victoria, was very nice and friendly, room clean, but bathroom was very small (even for rome).Hotel name is bed & breakfast. it was not even continental breakfast as all we were offered were coffee and toast with jelly and butter, store purchased cheap pastries (all sugar). toast we made ourselves and it all i could eat as i can't eat sweets at all. no eggs, cheese or cold cuts. owner needs to do a lot of improvement in this department. it is not very cheap place and extra 5 euros per room (2 persons) can be spent for breakfast.Chan

Very nice staff who provided the visit indication when we arrived the b&b. room is clean & spacious. location is very close to terminal station within 10 mins walk. nice breakfast. recommended to stay in the b&b for rome trip.Down street is not clean, pretty quiet and dark in the evening. Anonymous

The hotel was great value for money. victoria was very helpful with everything. the room was very clean and comfortable and the airconditioning was very welcome in the extreme heat. i would recommend this b & b very strongly. great price and comfort and 2 minutes from the termini.We arrived earlier than anticipated so the staff wasn't around to greet us. we could not get into the b & b until another resident of the building let us in. so we waited outside the door to the b & b for a little bit. they arrived as agreed though. The manager / owner is very helpful. its really like staying in someone's house. on entry she gave us all the info on rome, gave us a map and marked the key monuments and way to get there etc. location is great, wherever you go you can get a bus/metro to teh terminiThe area around it is not the best, while its safe, its a little seedyDag

Victoria the owner of the principe b&b was so nice, she made sure we were settled in properly, even though we had a late flight in and nothing was too much trouble to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. we stayed in the new wing of the b&b and the rooms were immaculate and spotlessly clean. we could not have asked for a better, more central place to stay and at such a good price. we would highly recommend this b&b to anyone visiting rome, you will not be disappointed.Brandon Carla
