Beautiful hotel on best street in rome! room sizes are small, but bathrooms were fabulous---ask for a balcony room if you can. would recommend to anyone wanting five star experience. cityview double deck bus is right down the street to take you to all the sights in the city.
We had three rooms booked for three nights, and when we arrived we were informed there was a technical problem with the reservation and we could have three rooms for one night or one room for three nights. of course we were all very tired from the trip and our frustration with the management was most unpleasant. i had brought our easy to book reservation paperwork---without it i feel there would have been a very unsavory outcome: they told us we would have to be moved to another hotel or pay double for our rooms. it turned out fine because i had backup paperwork. so be sure to travel with reservation confirmations whenever traveling with easy to book.
