"The hotel was fine"

Pros: The hotel was fine ... the only problem was that they had no record of the reservation we made through you despite our calling the day we made it to confirm. they had no prepayment either. it created tremendous hassle arriving in rome and learning the hotel was fully booked and they had no record of our booking through you! your company dropped the ball and we will never take a chance using you again.

Pros: Beautiful hotel on best street in rome! room sizes are small, but bathrooms were fabulous---ask for a balcony room if you can. would recommend to anyone wanting five star experience. cityview double deck bus is right down the street to take you to all the sights in the city.
