Pros: The room is fairly large and clean.
Cons: Hotel is located in a very busy and polluted aread, though it is near station but i do not recommend it. the manager is not friendly . the breakfast is very poor. the price is very high ! i do not recommend anyone to get a hotel around the area of station as it is full of motorbikes with a lot of noise !

Pros: I,could go on and on about how much we liked this hotel but you just have to believe me.
here is the just of it...
me and my wife went to rome for the second time and stumbeled upon this hotel on this website. all good?! could it be that perfect?!
to lay the subject to rest, yes, it is that good of an hotel (or b&b as they have to call themselves due to the few rooms).
excelent service with good enough english knowledge. funny enough it was the helper tony who was the best, and charming not the least. not in an "how you doin'" kind of way, but charming and he made me smile every time he spoke.
the rooms are excelent and the aircondition is fantastic. if i wanted to freeze, i could.
much better than the hotel we visited last time.
if you can afford it, use it, and non other. it doesn't get any better.
ps: they even have a sence of humor (not a given regarding italians and tourists!)
pps: to the staff at relais la maison, if you read this...thanks!

"Everything was perfect"
Pros: Everything was perfect..close to termini and other attractions, yet in a nice neighbourhood. beautiful accommodation, comfy beds, great bed linen, even the kids' beds had thick matresses. normally the expression "b and b" makes you think of the private home of an elderly british couple, set in countryside of england, and you are staying at their house. this place is not like that. it is funky and fun, and you dont feel like "nanny" is watching you every minute beacuse you are in her house. tony and claudia are amazing..so much local knowledge, attention to detail and a caring attitude. fab breakfast, great to have coffee and drinks readily available and at no extra cost. claudia helped with train info to pompeii, and tony was always there to help, with a smile. a huge thankyou, we loved this place.
Cons: only thing that we can fault was the recommendation of the restaurant antica boheme; a huge disappointment. very boring food, over-priced for the quality ( saltimbocca served with just a spoon of spincach)raw egg carbonara...yuk, and at any given time at least one of the waiters was standing at the entrance smoking a cigarette. we had a much happier night out at the equally convenient l'angolo di napoli...( opposite la maison ) a bright, happy place with the best salads we ever had in italy..pizza only 6 euro too.

Pros: We were travelling as a family of 3 adults and found the hotel ideal for our purposes. we wanted a clean, comfortable place to sleep, with breakfast and to go out for meals. we were warmly met by loretta when we checked in and she made us feel at home from then on. the hotel is well appointed, centrally located and very comfortable. we wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others travelling with elder children on vacation.

Pros: We loved staying at this b&b, the room was very modern and not small, the bathroom was well equipped and a good size. lovely breakfast area and a lot of breakfast food choices, as well as being able to make tea/coffee at you convenience. staff organised airport pick-up and return, as well as downloading boarding passes. no stairs, access by elevator. walking distance to station, but not too close. nice quiet room and very good value for money.
Cons: The single bed was a rollaway and the third person was an adult, although the bed was very comfortable.
