The Relais La Maison De Luxe B&B is centrally located with many monuments, historic places and several entertainment facilities nearby. Public transport connections (bus, taxi and underground) are nearby, so attractions such as the Coliseum and Roman Forum are easy to reach.

The B&B has agreements for conducted tours, city tours and sightseeing of wonderful places in Italy, and the hotel has agreements for discounts with restaurants and taverns with typical foods of Rome (lunch, dinner) and agreements with agencies to hire cars and motorcycles.

There are 3 important churches nearby: The S.Maria degli Angeli in front of the station (built by Michelangelo Buonarroti), S.Maria Maggiore (4th century) that you can see from the breakfast area, and S.Pietro in Vincoli, where you can visit one of the most important sculptures ever made; the "Moses" by Michelangelo.

From Airport “Fiumicino”: From to the International Airport “Leonardo da Vinci” (Fiumicino) a shuttle train leaves every 30 minutes(called Air-Terminal "Leonardo Express"). At the end of platform 24, at the Ferrovie Laziali terminal, "Leonardo Express" is the direct train that links the station with the airport in 30 minutes. Tickets cost EUR 8.78. The Leonardo Express final stop is Termini station, which is 300 meters from the hotel.

From Airport “Ciampino”: Via train and bus: Bus service CO.TRA.L. links the airport with the Ciampino station. Here the train leaves from the station every fifteen minutes and it arrives at Termini station (300 metres from B&B).

There is also a shuttle bus service available from Ciampino Airport called Terravision Service.

By train: Termini station offers train connections all over Italy. The hotel is 3 minutes walking from the station. It has access to all the underground lines (A + B) and it is the main bus changing point in Rome. A private car park (at an additional cost) is located 100 metres from the B&B.

Termini is the central station of Rome, all the trains, bus and Air terminal arrive here. All the public tranports are at 1 minute walking distance (metro and bus) from the hotel.

Good location for the city sigtseeing visitors/ advanced access to the hotel/ old elevator brought nice sharm to the environment
Not enough space for the breakfast area when all residents have got breakfast / some rooms have got internal yard view that 100% differ from the web-pics

We enjoyed our stay here very much. we stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our holiday, and then 2 nights at the end. claudia was extremely helpful and we have no hesitation about returning and will definitely recommend it to all our friends.

We loved staying at this b&b, the room was very modern and not small, the bathroom was well equipped and a good size. lovely breakfast area and a lot of breakfast food choices, as well as being able to make tea/coffee at you convenience. staff organised airport pick-up and return, as well as downloading boarding passes. no stairs, access by elevator. walking distance to station, but not too close. nice quiet room and very good value for money.
The single bed was a rollaway and the third person was an adult, although the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent central location for visiting the main tourist attractions with outstanding view of santa marie maggiore. spacious room, beautifully decorated with helpful and informative staff. good selection of breakfast with complimentary coffee, water and soft drinks available throughout the day. would certainly recommend.
Breakfast area is a little small if all guests arrive for breakfast at the same time.

The reception staff member antonio was very welcoming & pleasant and the central location of the hotel was very covenient.
The breakfast area was very small and restricted to 3 tables - which is not sufficient with 6 rooms. there were no wardrobes in the room (due to size) and some of the descriptions in the website did not meet our expectations about the room; e.g. the hydro massage shower really only could be best used as a simple shower and the satellite tv was very limited - there were no english speaking channels available.

From day 1 everything was perfect!! staff very polite and helpful, food very tasty and plenty of it. refreshment facilities excellent!!!
Nothing negative about the hotel but the lift was a problem at times as people did not close the door properly and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs my wife was recovering from a major operation and this did not help. no problem at all with hotel.

Room was very clean and pleasently roomy. shower was exellent. staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. free bottles of water, tea coffee and light snacks was available all day. the location was exellent - would recommend the hotal to anyone
Only really negative comment was trying to find the hotel. it has no signs outside to identify it - it's on the 5th floor of a building and the only marking is by the buzzer under an archway.

The hotel was very nice on the inside. a bit hard to find at first. it was in a great location and was in walking distance of many of the major sites. it was also easy to get to the train terminal (for taking trains or a shuttle to the airport). the staff was nice but we only there in the morning during breakfast.

Extremely inconvenient that there was no phone available. i was expecting incoming calls. also i had to borrow a cell phone to make local calls re tour bookings etc. also, nowhere to put clothes - shirts, blouses, etc

The hotel was absolutely luxurious, the room was very clean, the bed was massive and spacious for those hot nights to spread out in, everything was there you needed, the staff were very helpful in every way possible, it was also quite central for everything you needed to get to , and only ten minutes from the train station, the tour buses are just around the corner and most things are easily accessible we would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was an absolute dream of a weekend. we would definetly use this hotel when we go back to rome. excellent is the only word to describe our weekend from start to finish.

The staff was flexible in allowing us to check in whenever we arrived. the location was fantastic, it allowed us to walk to many of the main attractions. additionally, the room was very clean, newly renovated and comfortable.
The staff was not extremely friendly and were a little abrupt (ie, come up to us during breakfast and say "you pay now", could be the language barrier however). additionally, information about the surrounding areas and main attractions was not presented upon arrival, in order to ask questions on how to get places we had to hunt the staff down and ask them several times.
