Excellent location and nice room
There was no good breakfast, the stairs was ugly and too much and no elevator to take us on the second floor

I recently stayed at relais rome sweet home navona with my girlfriend. we loved it. location was excellent. it was a stone throw away from piazza navona and compo dei fiori. we walked to every attraction in the vicinity. it was located next to bus routes 40 and 64 which ran every 5 minutes. so easy to get around. the room was bliss. the lavazza coffee machine was excellent too. the living room area so comfortable, perfect for a nap after walking around the roman cobbled streets. the room was excellent. 10 out of 10.
We were promised croissants every morning outside our door but never got any! the hot water was tempramental. i had to call the hotel staff to get it to work, but i got it working eventually. not ideal. one window view was of the street. the other of scaffolding!

Great location,5 mins walk to navona / campo de fiora and ease of access to trains / buses. all sites walking distance from here. clean room and good room service, basic breakfast. exterior and facade of the building is old and a bit disappointing at first, no views as its down a lane and accommodation was expensive i think compared to facilities in other european cities but location more than made up for it and i guess you expect it on a city of rome history and afterall this is what you come to see and appreciate in rome. room guide to our location was very nice and most helpful and made our stay in rome more enjoyable, thanks contanza. will return to rome again, grazia arrivederci

It was clean and nicely decorated (very ikea). the place was cleaned at 10am daily and croissants were left for breakfast every day. the coffee was free and there was a local map provided.
The outside of the building made our insides drop. it looks like an old and dilapidated building and the stairs and corridor to the room (3rd floor, no lift) is dark and dusty. this is a shared building,so it's understandable why the shared bits are far less appealing than the actual rooms, which are lovely. we rented 2 apartments, both were were told had kitchenettes, however, only one actually did, which was very inconvenient. all but one room's windows faced out onto a wall with scaffolding.

The hotel was located in a good place for the price. staff were friendly, but not of much use unfortunately. the rooms were nicely decorated and laid out. one bedroom is in the kitchen but that didn't prove to be a problem.
Our (triple) room didn't have a kitchenette as advertised. luckily we could share with friends in the only room with a kitchen. disappointed that a discount wasn't offered, even when the description of the room was offered to the lady who served us and she agreed that it wasn't accurate. had to wait almost 20 minutes for her to arrive once we'd arrived at the hotel, even though we'd called her to let her know we had landed and then that we were on the coach.

Perfect location. nicely designed rooms. a cool contrast after a hot and straining sight-seeing day. free wlan internet was very convenient. definitely a recommendation unless you require standard hotel services. for us it was perfect as everything (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) is close by. staff (keyholder) is responsive and helpful despite being off-site.
No staff at the hotel. it's just three nicely decorated rooms in an old town house. don't leave your key in the room! it takes 15 to 30 minutes until staff is on site. as usual the bed quality is typical for southern europe: pretty basic, just a mattress on wooden planks. breakfast is 1 croissant but a good quality coffee machine in the room.

Prompt and friendly welcome from the keyholder. fresh flowers in the room. facilities excellent, state-of-the-art and stylish - exceeded our expectations from the web-site. quiet (for central rome), comfortable and very private.
Initial impressions from the communal stair well (dark and scruffy) very much at variance with the interior of the rooms.

The room was lovely.
It was not a typical hotel. it was unstaffed and hard to find. we had to wait nearly an hour to get to our room.

Francesco was a great host.
The hotel was fine, did not seem to be fully finished yet. the building on the other hand at first sight was really scary.
