Cons: The room was very basic. we could not cook in the apartment as there was no cookeries an cutleries. what is there can only make tea or coffee. aircon was not turn on as the management claimed that it was still warm!
Cons: The kitchenette was not very well equipped and only had basics.
Cons: We stayed for four days. during that time there was no change of towels. should have been.
Cons: The rooms were extremely small not what we were led to believe.
Cons: See above
Cons: The streets close-by are not so plesent, especialy at night.
Cons: The location that the bed and breakfast was in was quite a shock when we first arrived as there was a lot of graffiti everywhere, and people drinking in the street
Cons: If travelling from termini station i would recommend using the metro( getting off at bologna), as walking some stretches of via tiburtina can be a bit unnerving, especially at night.
Cons: Very basic furnishings; neighborhood sometimes noisy; cash payment demanded upon arrival (no credit card service)
Cons: Breakfast was poor and was not adequately topped up each day.
Cons: The picture and the description on the web gave us a great impression though the area was very dirty and smelly, the room did not look like what we saw on the web. we only had cold shower and lots of ants on the cooker and the floor. the breakfast was a dry brioch and crisp bread with instant power coffee. we were not happy!
Cons: Far from the city
Cons: Terrasse not very clean, beds much simple, breakfast rather poor but this was not at all a problem for us.
Cons: Do not go by first impressions, as you need to look past the sight of the outside area, once you've overcome that it is absolutely beautiful!
