Pros: Pleasant and friendly staff
Cons: Although the room was pleasant, it was very costly for the facilities that you had. there was no dining room in the hotel (vouchers for a cafe downstairs or food in the room), the staff left at 10pm and there was no communal lounge. fine if that's what you want, but it wasn't made clear on the website. breakfast was a very meagre fare... for a room price like that, you would expect a lot more!
