How to reach the apartments

By car: Arriving from the south-north, take the highway Florence-Rome, and arriving from the south take Naples-Rome. Take the Rome-east exit and to follow the road signals to the centre of the city. Then, follow the direction to Trastevere, cross the Garibaldi Bridge and to return back towards Julia Street.

You cannot enter the historic centre by car from the 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. because this zone has limited traffic access. Therefore it is worthwhile to park on the Lungotevere near Pettinaris, 150 meters from the palazzetto. If you arrive on Sundays you can enter the centre and it is also possible to park on Piazza Capo di Ferro or on one of the paid parking places in the vicinity.

By plane: The two principal airports are the one of Fiumicino (Leonardo Da you Win) FCO and the one of Ciampino CIA that are about 40 kilometers away from the city centre. From Fiumicino Airport you can take a train that runs every 20 minutes (the trip lasts 30 minutes) and that it brings you to the railway station. From Ciampino Airport you can take a bus of the Cotral to Rome and there take Metro Line A, that brings you to Termini Station.

By train: From Termini Station you can easily reach the Palazzetto in about 15 minutes. You can go by taxi, or take bus n. 64 until stop Navona-Campo dei Fiori. From there you can reach the apartments on foot within 5 minutes: to reach the apartments, continue to Farnese Plaza and in front of the Building Farnese turn to the left and you will find yourself on Piazza Capo di Ferro.

For schedule or train ticket rates information we advise you to check the following website: www.trenitalia.it. Here you can purchase train tickets online that you can withdraw on the train.

The location of the room was amazing, just two steps from campo de fiori and easy to walk everywhere in rome.
Advertised as studio flat of 30 square meteres, in fact is a normal room with a very small cooking facility. no cleaning during your stay. also i found out i had to pay cash only when i arrived there.

There was no indication on the booking site that we would have to arrive with over a thousand dollars in cash - no credit cards. this nearly ruined the rest of our vacation and eneded up costing us a lot more than we had budgeted, because we had to use credit cards for other things. also, when we arrived there was noone there. we waited for over an hour then made a very expensive cell phone call to find out wheyther or not we had a room. then the hotel had given our booked room to someone else, saying simply, that whoever shows up first gets whatever room they want. then we had no hot water during our stay. while the apartment we ended up with was fine, and in an excellent location, i do not recommend this place. my other experience with easy to book, in venice, was satisfactory.
