Pros: June (jr) was great, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and attentive. the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was lovely, delivered to the room on time everyday and generous portions. the location was great; 10 min walk to vatican, spanish steps and trevi fountain. although we chose to walk up the 3 flights of steps which were painful at the end of the day, they did have a lift so our 1st and last trip up and down with luggage was fine.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. the service is friendly and all our questions and requests were dealt with in a friendly manner. when we left our room in the morning, the assistant (a really friendly and efficient man), would always take the time to come away from his work and wish us a pleasant day and asked whether we needed any information etc. we didn't have the feeling that we were guests at the hotel but felt really at home there i guess because it is a small hotel. the location is perfect as well: a ten minute walk from the vatican, bus stops and metro stations close by.
Cons: Although they do offer an extensive breakfast, it would be nice if there was more variety eg. different cold meats, cheeses and bread.

Pros: Perfect location. within walking distance to most of the sites and metro station just a few minutes walk away. good sized room with toiletries provided (shower gel, soap, shower cap, even a spare toothbrush!). good sized towels - not the usual ones that are the size of a facecloth! great choice of breakfast: brought to your door each morning - perfect! staff very friendly and accommodating. would definitely recommend this b+b to others and would happily stay here again.
Cons: No negatives really. shower cubicle quite small and can't change angle of shower head but perfectly adequate.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a very beautiful city, with everything you want, nice views, room cleaned daily, was a good sized room for 2 people, free safe for piece of mind and the air conditioning was a dream with temperatures in the high 30's. great staff (jun & jun) who were vey helpful and a very nice continental breakfast to start the day off, would recommend this hotel to anyone and if we returned to rome would stay here again would advise having the airport pick up service as hotel would be quite hard to find for the first time, location wise its about 5 min walk to the vatican and nice 40mins walk to the colosseum

Pros: Jun was a gracious host, bringing us hot drinks when we arrived. the continental breakfast, brought to our room, was excellent. the location is close to vatican, tiber river, metro stop.
Cons: The glass shower doors do not open wide, so very large guests will not fit in it. the beds are rock-hard (we slept well, but others might not.)

Pros: An excellent guest house! the location was fantastic - easy walking distance to most major rome sites, and only a few blocks from the metro for the sites a little farther away. the breakfast tray was delicious, and the staff is excellent! free wifi, satellite tv, and really nice, clean facilities.
Cons: The rooms are a little small, but chances are you won't be spending much time there since you're in rome!

Cons: This is not a hotel, its a type of guesthouse-its a 3rd floor suite. the rooms etc were very clean and the staff very helpful. however, i felt rather let down since i was of the opinion i was booking into a hotel

Pros: Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. we had to check out for 11am but they were more then happy to let us leave our bags in their place while we went to see the vatican (a very short walk away).
Cons: The room itself was spacious but could do with a lick of paint, the check in area and the building is lovely but the room was a little worn in places.

Pros: Newly renovated room and bathroom. very clean but very small. good breakfast served in your room. very near to the vatican, though a little far to the other sites within walking distance.

Pros: The location was pretty central.
the staff was friendly. (actually staff was only two people)
Cons: The place actually does not look like a hotel, it even does not have a reception. after 2 pm there is no staff. it is like an apartment and the door bell continiously rings during the day. the "hotel" was a complete disappointment.
