How you can get to Residenza Ki Hotel
The nearest metro station is at 100 meters from the hotel.
By car: From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, reachable by all the main incoming highways, follow directions to Roma centro. The hotel area is a limited traffic zone, therefore guests should leave their car in the Borghese or Ludovisi garages and reach the property by taxi.
By train: From the Roma Termini railway station take the underground line A, direction Battistini, and get off at the Barberini stop. Take then via delle Quattro Fontane. The second street on the right will lead you to via Rasella (approximately 300 meters).
From Termini Station it is also possible to find Residenza Ki walking on Via Nazionale for approximately 500 meters and turning to right on Via Quattro Fontane, then Via Rasella is the fourth street on the left side.
By airplane: Rome Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci airport is connected to the city by highway (to take a taxi) or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Roma Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes. In order to catch up the Residenza is possible to take the bus until to the Metro line "A" stop Anagnina and therefore it can be taken to Barberini square and then be continued on foot until Via Rasella. Otherwise it is possible to use the Terravision shuttle bus from Ciampino coming down directly on Via Marsala (Termini Station) and therefore follow the indications from the Termini Station.

Reviews on Residenza Ki Hotel Rome
In partnership with
Cons: The steps no lift. reception was on second floor had to bring up suitcases ourselves then our room was another 2 levels up. reception didnt have set times it was attended.
given was very small, dark with a window opening on to a wall. the second room opened directly onto the breakfast room. walking out on the morning to people eating not a pleasant experience. being woken up each morning to staff talking and setting up
breakfast - again not pleasant.
Cons: Breakfasts were very poor (sometimes no bread)
Cons: There was way too many stairs if you have luggage and no lifts whatsoever. also pretty hard to find as there is no signage outside the hotel
helpful friendly staff
clean comfortable room
Cons: Very difficult to find
need to be 7 feet tall to hang anything in the wardrobe
Cons: Room was not as the one on the picture - it was much worse. my sheet was stained, there were bugs in the bathroom. i would not stayed there again - you can find better hotel for this price.
Cons: Room had alot of mould and damp. television didnt work either did the heating. bathroom wasnt cleaned one of the mornings and we had to ask for the towels to be replaced. i also asked if we could move rooms because of the damp and tv not working. the staff memeber at reception said asked 'did i book the hotel for the tv?'. i replied that we obviously didnt come to rome to watch tv but if it doesnt work dont advertise it in your hotel room description and when i asked about the damp he simply replied that its and old building. when i asked could i speak to the manager he only then took interest about my issues. he offered us a free taxi to the airport which was appreciated but we had bought return tickets for a shuttle bus so we had already spent money on transport which was wasted and non-refundable.
overall the hotel is in an excellent location but the damp issue and lack of tv when you just want to relax in your room after a long day of seeing the sites in rome was disappointing. all the rest of the staff where very friendly and polite just that one staff member who was very rude. we also asked should we go to reception to await our taxi or will they ring our room to which he repied 'the taxi wont collect you from your room'.....
Cons: Our first room was very small and dirty we complained to the desk and were moved the following day
Cons: Rooms & facilities were not as shown on website
Cons: There is no lift so to get up you need to climb stairs which can be difficult with luggage bags.
Cons: Room didn't look like the pictures on website - smaller but reasonable standard. i would probably rate it as a 2* hotel.
Cons: Not easy to find, not signposted, no name on door. we did not know we had to checkin at the fenelli b&b
Cons: Difficult to find as now run by fellini b&b and no obvious signage. no room safe otherwise room and facilities as described.
Cons: The shower and shower cubicle were not the cleanest bathroom sink badly cracked; no working stopper plug for was basin. television wall bracket exremely shoddy and dangerous (my have bumped into it twice causing bruising), and the shelf consisted of an old off-cut of plasterboard.
