Lovely area. great price/value ratio.friendly personnel but not that helpful.
Paper thin walls. no information given to get there on the site. bus info would be useful. little help at tourist bureau given in rome. much too far from rome (1 1/2 hour traveling by bus during traffic). do not recommend for people without a car. if you have a car, make sure you get specific location info and get a gps.

The wifi signal was not available in the rooms, only in a common room and even there, it was poor. poor maintenance to the gardens.

The breakfast provided was very good. the main lounge downstairs was also spacious and entertaining.
Buses from the villa to the city centre were very uelable du location of the villa.this led us to wait up to 2 hours for a bus into the city centre. at the bus stop outside the villa there was no place to sit. there wre no food shopslose to the villa so if you were to come in the night there was nowhere to buy food from.

The pool was very clean. breakfast had a good selection of food.quiet and scenic.
In the information it stated there would be a telephone in the rooms,we did not have access to a telephone.although the staff were friendly there were some problems with communication.it would have been better if someone was able to show us around and explain information i.e buses to rome,local area etc

The walls in the new build rooms were very thin and could hear everything. take ear plugs!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading so many negative comments about it on the web. it was clean and friendly with a decent breakfast, and the pool area was lovely. exactly what i would expect for a 3* hotel in italy.
I wouldn't stay there without a car, or if you are wanting to go into central rome alot as it is quite far out - it was ideal for us as a stopover close to the airport.
